Finishing up our experimental lab rat class at Crossfit RVA. About 10-15 of us have been working with John, one of the instructors, for over 3 months now, with specific warmups, strength training, and met cons tailored to our individual needs and skill sets. It’s been a lot of fun, and we’re testing how far we’ve come all next week (Crossfit Total, time trials, max rep wods, etc.) As such, we’ve been given the next four days to rest up.
But not without one last “John WOD…”
